Mr Chee was appointed as a non-executive independent director of the Company on 1 May 2021.
Mr Chee holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) from the University of Singapore. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He has been in private legal practice since 1980 and is currently a Senior Legal Consultant with Withers KhattarWong LLP, an international law firm. He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
Mr Chee sits on the boards of a number of other listed companies. He is a recipient of the National Day Awards 2003 – “The Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat)” from the President of the Republic of Singapore.
