Mr Ip was appointed as a non-executive independent director of the Company on 1 May 2021.
Mr Ip is a Chartered Accountant by training, with over 35 years of experience in auditing, accounting, treasury, investments and taxation. He has extensive experience in senior management/directorship roles in listed companies in various industries in Asia and Australasia. He holds directorships in the Great Eastern group.
Mr Ip graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor of Science (Econs), Special Subject: Accounting and Finance. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
