Mr Miller was appointed as a non-executive independent Director of the Company on 16 July 2025.

Mr Miller has extensive experience in the food industry having held senior positions with Danone and Nestlé. His specific areas of expertise include general management, business strategy and marketing. Mr Miller was with the Nestlé group for more than 10 years, holding various leadership positions, such as Senior Vice President for Africa and Pakistan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé Philippines, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé Thailand where he was also responsible for overseeing Nestlé’s operations in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar, and Managing Director of Nestlé Singapore.

Mr Miller graduated from the University of Durham, UK with a Bachelor of Arts (in General Studies) and a Master of Arts (Research).
